Exploring your spirituality involves seeking a meaningful connection with something larger than yourself. This journey leads you to a deeper understanding of yourself and helps you find meaning in life events, pursue your life purpose, and live in alignment with your values and beliefs. Ultimately, this process can result in positive emotions such as peace, bliss, awe, contentment, gratitude, and acceptance.

The ultimate goal is to achieve higher consciousness, representing the awareness of a higher self, transcendental reality, or unity with God. Spiritual or energetic awareness transcends the mind’s usual focus on the past and the future. As you elevate your consciousness or awaken, you grow your understanding of the eternal and unlimited nature of your being.

How to shine brightly and discover who you authentically are.

The lyrics "Twinkle, twinkle, little star, I wonder who you are" hold meaning for me. I interpret them as a statement to look within and discover your authentic self. Just like a diamond in the sky, you are also like a diamond—initially carbon, but after a process, a beautiful, pure, stunning, polished diamond.

This book serves as a How-to Guide for Personal Development. It includes articles from all five areas of a person's life: physical, social, emotional, mental, and spiritual.

My role is to provide you with the information; your role is to decide how to use that information to grow and discover who you authentically are—we were all Born to be Shining Stars!

Personal Development involves looking inward and improving yourself in all aspects of life. It is the ongoing and deliberate process of nurturing one's potential for growth, learning, and enhancement across multiple facets of life. 

It's an empowering journey that includes introspection and self-improvement. It's about enhancing self-awareness, self-esteem, skills, and aspirations. It helps people find their truth and develop their self-awareness by assisting them in seeking purpose, meaning, and authenticity.

We strive to achieve clarity, purpose, and passion during this inner work. This encompasses the continuous pursuit of improvement in areas such as career, relationships, health and wellbeing, spirituality and creativity. 

Life coaches offer ongoing support for people who are trying to clarify and attain their goals or find balance in their lives and themselves. 

Through weekly, half-hour telephone calls or Zoom meetings, life coaches listen to their clients, ask thought-provoking questions and hold clients accountable for following through on the plans of action they have developed with the coach.

These 3-hour workshops will include an icebreaker opportunity to get to know the other people doing the workshop, an informative theory session on …., a skill development session to put your theory into practice, and a creative activity. We then end with testimony and group discussion based on an adult education model - that each person brings skills, knowledge, and experience to the workshop, from which we can all learn.
